  1. Only products sold by nbwellness store and/or Natural Balance Wellness qualify. Offer includes total purchase price of merchandise. Does not take into consideration, bulk orders, free shipping and handling, close out sales.
  2. Qualifying offers are defined as a legitimate online retailer located within the United States; auction sites, marketplaces, loyalty programs and clubs, or comparison shopping networks are not included.
  3. Items submitted for comparative pricing must be the same brand name, potency and size as the product(s) ordered from nbwellness store.
  4. Comparative vendor or website must have item(s) in stock and be available for purchase--not just offering "out of stock" products (Note: this is a common trick to drive consumers to websites and is an unethical marketing gimmick.)
  5. Prices for comparative purposes must be from a verifiable URL or from a current published ad or webpage. Comparative product must also be advertised within 24 hours of the date your order is placed with nbwellness store.

    All claims must be submitted within 7 days of the original nbwellness store order. "Best Price Guarantee" is limited to one retailer per order per customer.     Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit.

    Offer excludes: typographical errors, free product or shipping offers, competitor bonuses, closeouts (often soon to expire), percentage off discounts or inventory liquidations.  All decisions by nbwellness store concerning claims shall be final. We reserve the right to discontinue our offer at any time.




All NBW products are guaranteed to be without defect and have been thoroughly tested for efficacy and freshness. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if you have an grievance regarding any products, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. 

Products can be returned within 60 days with receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Due to health and safety considerations, we do not accept returns on any opened products, or if a product requires to be refrigerated.

It can take up to 14 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received by  our office, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

We do not pay for return mailing, but we are happy to accept in person returns.
